Do you need to improve performance outcomes – financial and otherwise – on your current project?
It’s realistic to assume that every project, no matter how successful, could always benefit from improvement on cost and non-cost outcomes. Perhaps the question should instead be ‘how can you support this improvement and what do you need to do to drive it?
Riskier and more complex projects face an even larger challenge in demonstrating performance outcomes against KRAs and KPIs; especially if they have been procured under a more relationship based or alliance style contract.
